Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and procedures
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Oversee accounts receivable, cost control, compliance management, and investment strategies
• Lead financial planning, financial analysis, and strategic planning efforts
• Prepare and interpret financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Monitor cash flow, assess risk, and make recommendations to mitigate financial risks
• Reviews and monitors grantfunded contracts awarded to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations governing awards
• Familiar with the OMB Uniform Guidance found at 2 CFR 200
• Prepare the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards and Schedule of Functional Expenses
• Skills to manage a team of grant writers and meet the funding goals of an organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Proven experience in corporate accounting, financial planning, and financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of financial report writing and interpretation
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and decisionmaking
• Experience in accounts receivable management, cost control strategies, compliance management, and investment practices
