We are

an internationally active architecture firm based in Frankfurt, Vienna, and Tianjin (China). With 30 years of experience in planning, tendering, and construction management of architecturally demanding buildings, our range of projects includes residential houses, administrative, research, and industrial buildings, as well as churches and museums. Our company structure is divided into planning, construction and project management, and urban planning departments.

We are looking for

Architects, civil engineers, or construction technicians (m/f/d) for the tendering and awarding phase (phases 6-7) for challenging projects in the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar regions for schneider+schumacher construction and project management GmbH.

Responsibilities

Development of the tendering concept and schedule
Preparation of performance specifications
Coordination with the planning team
Coordination and management of the relevant parties involved in the tendering process
Assistance to bidders during the bidding phase
Review and evaluation of bids and preparation of award proposals
Participation in bidder meetings
Preparation of cost control
