- Provide IT systems administration, including planning for, installing, and maintaining computer systems, including servers, storage area networks and network attached storage on five enclaves.
- Perform SharePoint Server on-prem administration including installation, configuration, migration, and services management.
- Provide performance monitoring and tuning, upgrades and patching, backup and recovery, as well as troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Develop and maintain schedules and plans for system updates and patching.
- Audit server utilization.
- Ensure all application deliverables and systems comply with applicable DISA STIGs or Security Requirements Guidance.

- Experience with SharePoint PowerShell PNP, SharePoint Designer 2013 and Workflows
- Experience with SharePoint Online (SPO) and Power Automate
- Experience with SharePoint Site administration and SharePoint Central Administration Console
- Experience with Windows Server 2019, SQL Server 2019, and VMWare vSphere
- Working knowledge of IT Systems Maintenance Compliance processes to include information assurance vulnerability management (IAVM)
- Experience creating, reviewing, and revising security documentation and artifacts
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Administration, PowerShell, SharePoint, scripting, and Windows configuration techniques
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining servers with Microsoft Windows
- Experience administering servers in a virtualized production environment using VMware vSphere technology desired
- Able to assess server infrastructure and configuration and identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, and an ability to conceptualize server infrastructures and configurations
