Pharmaron (Exton) Lab Services LLC., is a preclinical Contract Research Organization located in Exton, Pennsylvania.

Pharmaron provides absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity (ADMET) testing services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to support drug discovery and development.


Responsibilities:


  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Assist with monthend closing activities
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
  • Assist with financial statement preparation
  • Assist with audit and tax preparation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Some coursework in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
