**Are you passionate about translating marketing strategies into tangible results?** In this role, you'll be the quarterback for projects within marketing and brand strategy. By working closely across departments, you'll ensure the smooth execution of products, programs, and services.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Drive Brand Awareness and Sales:** Develop marketing communication tools to increase brand awareness and support specific sales activities. Conduct market research to identify competitor strategies and develop differentiation tactics.
+ **Develop Marketing Launch Plans:** Create comprehensive marketing plans for products, including communication materials.
+ **Collaborate on Product Development:** Identify and assist with the development of products and sales forecasts. Work with Operations to ensure product alignment with program goals and portfolio coordination.
+ **Manage Customer Programs:** Evaluate and develop customer programs and structures that optimize sales success.
+ **Channel Management:** Manage the needs of annual tradeshows and conferences.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
+ Background in interior sales based in the multi-family sector strongly preferred.
+ Adept at managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines.
+ Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals.
+ Excellent skills in planning, analyzing data, and using insights to inform decision-making.
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook. Familiarity with SmartSheet is a plus.
**Pay Details:** $125,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
