MasterSearch is currently collaborating with a top manufacturer of semiconductor equipment for Wet clean / Etch, Anneal and Coat/Develop tracks equipment. Our client is seeking an Account Manager with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. They should be a team player with the goal of developing, building, and maintaining senior-level relationships both internally and externally with customers and key partners.

Location: Ideally located in Munich, Dresden, or surrounding areas.

Reporting line: Reports to the Head of Sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell company products and services, including maintaining and expanding sales to existing accounts and developing new customers.
  • Build and strengthen relationships across all levels of customer organizations.
  • Develop strategic account plans and tactics to expand business and support revenue growth in line with corporate and regional targets.
  • Identify and quantify specific customer needs.
  • Lead and coordinate engagements and relationship building among different stakeholders within the company and customers to meet defined objectives.
  • Organize and conduct presentations, lead customer meetings, and provide reports and follow-ups.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to develop customer relationships
