Job description:
We are looking for a Controller (m/f/d) who is not only driven by numbers, but also has a hands-on mentality in working with the team and in cross-departmental topics and projects

Your responsibilities will include:

You will be a competent and reliable sparring partner for departments and management in businessrelated tasks, ensuring the company's success and profitability goals are consistently met.
You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements and forecasts for selected subsidiaries in the retail business (income statement, shortterm profit and loss statement).
You will also be responsible for reporting and its further development, in order to expand the reporting and control function of the controlling department.
You will effectively organize, manage and carry out planning processes for subsidiaries (e.g. sales, cost center, and profit planning).

Requirements:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training in controlling or a business administration degree with a focus on controlling/accounting.
Previous experience in controlling is desirable.
Proficiency in Excel is required, knowledge of OLAP or a similar BI analysis tool and SAP FiCo is an advantage.
In addition to your professional and personal skills, you are characterized by performance and service orientation, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
