We are currently seeking a full-time employee for the VRK life insurance company (LBV Operations / LBV2 department) in Detmold, Montgomery.

The position is temporary until .

The Versicherer im Raum der Kirchen (VRK) is the insurance partner for people in the church, diakonia, Caritas, and the free welfare sector.

It is part of the HUK-COBURG group of companies. The VRK places a strong emphasis on ethical, social, and ecological aspects in product design.


Your responsibilities will include:

creating quotes (determining needs, preparing quotes, providing qualified and sales-oriented advice), processing applications (formal and medical review and processing of new applications, targeted communication with policyholders, sales, doctors, etc.), managing and cleaning up existing policies, and processing claims (reviewing contractual and medical requirements for payout, preparing cancellations, rescissions, etc.).

To be successful in this role, you should have a completed apprenticeship as an insurance and financial services clerk, several years of experience in life insurance, and knowledge of Life-Factory projects.

You should also have a strong technical understanding and be proficient in common PC tools, as well as possess analytical and organizational skills.
