Cost Management Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton

The Booz Allen Hamilton Earned Value Management (EVM) Organization is in search of an experienced EVM Cost Management Lead to oversee EVM operations across multiple programs, focusing on cost analysis, validation, and facilitation of the EV Cost Tool, Deltek Cobra.
In this role, you will supervise multiple EVM Cost Analysts, collaborate with the EVM Schedule Management Lead, and interact with various project management personnel to ensure effective EIA-748 caliber EVM Cost and Schedule Data Integration, Validation, and Analytics.
Responsibilities include supporting EVM Cost Analysts with program planning, establishing budget targets, creating program Control Account and Work Package structure, managing schedule and resource data, conducting monthly EVM Business Rhythm activities, assessing Estimate at Completions (EACs), ensuring data quality, supporting Variance Analysis, and implementing change management principles.
Opportunities exist for on-program EVM training, coaching, and acquiring relevant certifications such as EVP and PMP to enhance career development.
This role offers a chance to directly impact the country's national security and defense program acquisition and development process.

You Have:

Professional experience in program finance or cost control
Experience with EIA 748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements and related deliverables
Experience using EVM Cost Tools like Deltek Cobra and MS Excel
Willingness to travel occasionally
Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have:

Experience with Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
Familiarity with EVMS Compliance Reviews, including Validation and Implementation
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS)
Top Secret Clearance, EVP, or PMP Certification
