Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all financial aspects of the home health and hospice departments, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage the revenue cycle, including patient billing, collections, and reimbursement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Ensure compliance with all Medicare and Medicaid billing regulations.
  • Manage the home health and hospice department budget, developing financial forecasts and monitoring expenses.
  • Work collaboratively with department directors, clinical staff, and administrative personnel on financial matters.
  • Stay uptodate on changes in healthcare reimbursement and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare financial management, preferably in home health and hospice.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid and commercial billing regulations.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Experience with healthcare financial management software a strong
    plus.

Pay:
$65, $95,000.00 per year
