Responsibilities:

Outstanding personal sales
Creating and maintaining a strong customer service environment
Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
Crossselling products to increase purchase amounts.
Having proficient product knowledge
Being able to perform daily basic store tasks, including but not limited to cleaning, price changes, merchandising, recovering/replenishing store, and store inventory.
Ability to handle cash ie. ringing in sales, counting cash register at opening/closing
Enrolling customers in Insider Rewards Program

Requirements:

Retail Sales experienced (preferred but not required)
Strong command of written and spoken English
Strong analytical skills
Strong time Customer Service skills.
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fastpaced environment.
The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
The ability to Demo products
Available evening and weekends and some Hoildays ie Christmas Eve, Black Friday including regular Mall Hours
