Operations Assistant

RotoCo LLC is looking for an energetic Operations Assistant to support the

Operations department with day-to-day tasks related to mobile device

management, fleet management, and employee profile management. The ideal

effectively, and is able to multi-task while remaining organized across several

platforms.

The Operations Assistant is a highly important role that contributes to the

efficiency of RotoCo's frontline employees by ensuring that they can perform their

job duties on company-issued equipment, and helps maintain organization within

all areas of the department. This role requires the ability to take and follow

direction, and collaborate with other department staff on various projects.

Essential functions of this position include:

  • Respond to Operations-related support requests from field and office employees
  • Fulfill mobile device needs (cell phones and tablets) for current employees
- and new hires; place orders, set up devices for use, and manage inventory

  • Assist with fleet updates: safety recalls, vehicle registration, inventory and portal maintenance for a fleet of 350+ commercial vehicles
  • Monitor fleet tracking system to ensure vehicles are online and cameras are working as they are intended. Work with managers to ensure compliance
  • Ensure fleet tracking sheets and vehicle assignments are accurate and consistent across all platforms
  • Open and distribute mail correspondence; assist with shipping and receiving packages
  • Other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be technologically proficient to achieve expected output
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a business environment
  • Working knowledge of Apple iOS required
  • Able to take and follow direction from others
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problemsolving attitude with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills are a must
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and platforms
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm


Compensation:
Starting at $19.00 per hour
