We are looking for a
working student HR (m/f/d) for our growing company group in Berlin.

As a working student HR (m/f/d), you will support a team of HR business partners in targeted application generation, recruiting for our subsidiaries, and gain exciting insights into generalist HR work.

The
Arsipa GmbH is a nationwide company group in the areas of
occupational safety, occupational medicine, and environmental protection.

12 subsidiaries and

26 locations in Germany.

Job requirements:


Your tasks:


  • Support the HR team in identifying and approaching suitable candidates for the entire company group via LinkedIn & Xing
  • Direct communication with candidates and scheduling initial interviews
  • Responsibility for inbound job advertisements and personnel marketing through various channels
  • Work in our personnel tools Personio and Recruitee, as well as support in process optimization
