Technical Analyst, Digital Systems

What You'll Do:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, manage system integration projects, and ensure the optimal performance and security of our technology infrastructure
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for technology driven improvements and innovation
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous learning and development
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and loyalty projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Work closely with business, product, and project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Be the liaison between product, restaurant systems, internal departments, and engineering to elicit, translate and drive prioritization of business objectives and requirements
  • Verify that implementation meets requirements in partnership with QA team members
  • Partner with architecture team and own documentation of architecture and design diagrams as needed
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to establish and enforce security and technology protocols for systems and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in timely manner including root cause analysis
  • Ensure work is completed in such a way to comply with established IT processes and internal controls (i.e. change management, production control, following standards, architecture review, incident response, PCI and PII information security, etc.)
  • Lead teams to accomplish priorities and initiatives with the impact for the guest in mind Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset
  • Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly
  • Earn the trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA's values
  • Show discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to the job every day
  • Actively contribute to your department in order to complete tasks and meet company goals

The Qualifications:


  • Proven working experience and success overseeing digital systems in a complex organization delivering results for at a minimum of 3 years
  • Exceptional analytical, problemsolving skills and knowledge of technical management
  • Experienced with information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Expertise in data integrations
  • Proven ability to assess complex business requirements and to lead requirements and design definition sessions to facilitate the development of effective business solutions
  • Proven ability to write comprehensive, clear, and concise business requirements documents and user stories
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration and emerging technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to communicate verbally to technical and nontechnical audiences and at all levels of the organization
  • Solid understanding of Business Process Modeling
  • Detailoriented mindset, selfdirected and able to work with mínimal supervision
  • Solid knowledge of Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
  • Adherence to change management and documentation standards
  • Restaurant, Retail, Loyalty and/or customer data experience preferred
  • Occasional travel as required

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
