Description
We are looking for a sharp Human Resources Generalist to manager all aspects of Human Resources. Human Resources Management responsibilities include conducting recruiting, hiring and onboarding activities, as well as providing HR support for employees. We expect you to be organized and have strong attention to details. You should have good communication skills and be able to work in a team environment.

Ultimately, you should map out employee development efforts to keep us competitive in our industry and ensure a positive employee experience.

Knowledge of Labor Laws, OSHA Safety regulations, Benefits administration, ADP Run exp. is preferred, etc.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Facilitate management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage full recruitment process
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Maintain and comply employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, retirement, etc.
  • Communicate with outside vendors, take control of all company insurance, etc.
  • Ensure legal compliance including OSHA regulations
  • Support employee development through training programs and career planning
  • Process biweekly payroll using ADP
  • Benefits and insurance audit
  • Collaborate with vendors, price quoting, and first point of contact
  • Other projects and assignments as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR systems (ADP)
  • Indepth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, retirement, etc.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
