The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) plays a crucial role in our sales team, responsible for establishing new client relationships and managing the sales process for potential customers in their assigned territory.

The RSM will be responsible for maintaining contact and relationships with both new and existing customers, meeting sales targets and objectives, guiding prospects through the discovery and proof-of-concept stages, and achieving annual sales goals and quotas. This role will involve developing and implementing strategies and sales tactics, including territory planning, lead generation, relationship building, pricing, negotiations, and contract management. The RSM will also be expected to accurately track all customer interactions in our CRM system and maintain a disciplined sales process and forecast.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop a pipeline that is 3-5 times the assigned quota.
  • Maintain a high level of daily activity, including calls with end-users, partners, and generating leads.
  • Qualify new opportunities, address objections, negotiate, and close deals through phone, Zoom, and in-person interactions.
