Description
LHH is currently assisting one of our top clients fill multiple Business Analyst roles in the McLean, Virginia area.The successful candidate will have a strong background as a Business Analyst, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, and technical proficiencies with strong leadership skills.

Analyze business processes and gather requirements from stakeholders.
Document business needs, system dependencies, and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
Assist with project management and quality assurance efforts.
Provide ongoing support and track performance metrics.
Prepare test plans and assist with user acceptance testing.
Revise documentation to reflect updates and enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Previous experience with JIRA, SQL, or Python is a plus.
