The Business Development Analyst requires a proactive, diligent, and well-organized individual who likes to read, research, and can help identify and track potential Federal construction opportunities.

This role is part-time, approximately 20 hours/week. Hours might vary based on workload. Flexible working hours can be discussed.
ResponsibilitiesResearch different sources (e.g.,) to provide weekly report to Company's ExecutivesAnalyze gathered research and consolidate as neededMain point of contact for Company's Executives in relation to Federal construction opportunitiesRelated duties as neededBasic Qualifications2+ years of relevant experience in the real estate, construction, and/or architecture/engineering industryBachelors Degree preferred but not requiredStrong technical reading comprehensionGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh level of attention to detailProven ability to take initiative and work autonomouslyHigh degree of professionalism and integrityPreferred QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelKnowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat#LI-LG1
