- Perform variance analysis, monthly forecasting, and reporting for government contracts, wielding data as your weapon to drive informed decision-making.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that optimize profitability, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with government regulations and contract requirements.
- Collaborate closely with program managers and cross-functional teams to navigate the complex landscape of government contracting, providing financial guidance and support every step of the way.
- Forecast project financial performance with precision and foresight, anticipating challenges and opportunities to keep our projects on course.
- Participate in PMRs for corresponding portfolio of programs.
- Forecast, report, and manage intercompany transactions.
- Support month end close activities including recording journal entries, revenue recognition process, and variance analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 9+ years' of relevant experience in govcon space
- Thorough understanding of govcon regulations with the ability to navigate and interpret complex requirements with ease
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets
