Altamira has an open position for a highly qualified and talented Staff Financial Analyst with proven record and performance in the U.S.

Government contracting industry, at our Corporate Headquarters in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To

Assist FP&A with data management for forecasting system
Track and report on overall budget and indirect spend
Assist with annual and periodic financial audits, Incurred Cost Submission, and DCAA interactions
Work closely with Project Control team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting on active projects and close out projects
Assist with special projects, integration, and due diligence
Other duties and assignments as required

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
At least 2 years of experience in finance and accounting in the government contracting industry
Must be detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach and mindset
Experience with Deltek Costpoint
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is desired
Strong communication skills, with ability to effectively interact and communicate, both oral and written, with individuals across the organization

Other Desired Skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with strong work ethic
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Experience with Hyperion planning and reporting tool is highly desired
