Job Introduction:


On behalf of our client, a healthcare service company, we are currently seeking a full-time
Service Team Member (m/f/d) at our location in Frankfurt, with the possibility of permanent employment through employee leasing.

Your responsibilities:


  • First point of contact for customers
  • Written and telephone customer support
  • Processing of benefitrelated topics, such as exemption from copayments
  • Support of the team in daily operations
  • Processing of bonus programs

Your qualifications:


  • Completed vocational training as a Social Insurance Specialist (m/f/d) or Business Administrator (m/f/d) in the healthcare sector, or equivalent qualifications
  • Knowledge of statutory health insurance, as well as benefits and ideally also contribution law
  • Excellent MS Office skills, ideally also in System 21cjng
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
