Description

Design and sell custom electronic filters, cable assemblies and build-to-print contract manufacturing by performing the following duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assess customer specifications to gauge the feasibility of cost and design.
Engage directly with customers, including engineering, quality, and purchasing departments, to address and resolve issues and shape designs.
Generate or oversee the creation of necessary manufacturing documents.
Guide and support manufacturing in constructing prototypes and production units.
Develop procedures for acceptance, qualification, and environmental stress screening tests.
Evaluate test results and reports to verify compliance with specifications.
Utilize computer-aided engineering and design software, along with testing equipment, for product development and testing.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and contracts with customers, and collaborate with Captor Sales Representatives.
Manage sales orders from entry to shipment, maintaining them throughout the process.
Some travel may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology.
Strong communication abilities.
Capacity to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
Analytical problem-solving aptitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks proactively and adapt swiftly to change.
Knowledge of product testing procedures.
Proficiency in technical writing.
