The purpose of the Process Specialist role is to oversee aspects of the assigned process (CPC, Banking, and Payroll) at ManpowerGroup which are being supported by contracted 3rd Party Vendors.
- Focus on understanding processes and controls to implement best practices as needed
- Ensure team is using SOPs and that SOPs are kept up to date
- Partners closely with Process Owner to monitor, assess and improve 3rd party vendor delivery
- Support system upgrades and implementations by analyzing impact of new releases and validating new functionality while ensuring existing functionality is not disrupted
- Oversee/monitor offshore (CPC, Banking, and Payroll) processing tasks
- Perform (CPC, Banking, and Payroll) processing tasks that have been deemed out of scope for offshore
- Respond to written and verbal inquiries related to process for providing information and/or direction as needed when escalated beyond offshore capability
- Manage projects and issues as assigned by manager for ensuring efficient and effective work processes
- Create and maintain an environment where the team is empowered to take ownership and make decisions ensuring information is shared in a clear, concise and collaborative manner through a climate of trust.
- Work with team to create best practices and efficiencies
- Act as 1st point of contact and escalation for offshore team
- Act as 1st point of escalation for issues that cannot be solved by offshore and continue escalation chain upwards until resolutions are achieved
- Provide knowledge transfer and cross training
- Act as point of contact and escalation for legal needs, audit requests, etc.
- Act as point of contact (CPC, Banking, and Payroll) related operational questions from HQ teams, Field personnel; referring where possible to offshore team
- Ensure a close working partnership with Field Operations, Shared Services, Finance, Implementations, and IT departments to refine practices and deliver efficiency in the daily interaction between these groups.
- Oversight and/or support of offshore team
- Audit, review and signoff on SOPs quarterly
- Drive expectations for process efficiencies with 3rd party vendors
- Participate in weekly or biweekly team meetings as needed
- Other accountabilities as assigned

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of (CPC, Banking, and Payroll) experience
- 1+ years of experience working with vendor partner relationships
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working for multicorporation, large employer

Pay:
$67, $112,500.00 per year
