The Opportunity
Our talented content team is the creative driving force behind Bucket Listers.

The team is composed of creative social media and content strategists who have an eye for engaging and inspiring experiences.

They maintain a pulse on our cities, curating and sharing experiences with our audience.


Bucket Listers is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support our East Coast content team and our growing social channels.

This role will ensure that our social media accounts remain engaging, consistent, and inspiring to our audience.


In this role, you will:


  • Own the creation of content assets for assigned Instagram accounts, including creating videos + posts of content filmed by team members, partners, or your own.
  • Write compelling social copy for Instagram, TikTok, and other channels. Pull data and insights from social campaigns.
  • Aid in the growth and development of multiple Bucket Listers city guides.
  • Pitch innovative and creative social strategies that will amplify the reach of city accounts.
  • Manage content managerspecified projects from start to finish.
  • Help your region meet its assigned goals, including goals around audience growth and pageviews.
  • Research inspiring experiences in your region and pitch them to be featured on our social channels.
  • Work crossfunctionally with Content, Business Development, and Partner Success stakeholders.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of Social Media experience, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Experience creating and sourcing content for highly visible social media accounts.
  • Extremely resourceful with a keen eye for sourcing relevant and engaging content.
  • Excellent researcher with superb attention to detail.
  • Enjoys keeping a finger on the pulse of local events and unique experiences in your city.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working with crossfunctional teammates, external partners, and customers).
  • Passionate about building community through experiences and exploration.
  • Highly resourceful and creative when it comes to finding out information or being persistent with reaching out to people.
  • Excellent grasp of socialfirst content and content created for social.
$58,000 - $62,000 a year
