Description

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to customers
• Load and unload packages from the vehicle
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups

Skills:

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and carry packages of various sizes
• Experience as a van driver, courier, or in a similar delivery role
• Familiarity with operating manual transmission vehicles (if applicable)
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation tools
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery and documentation
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including moving packages and being on your feet for extended periods
