- Lead and manage all aspects of assigned electrical construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final commissioning and handover.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to project specifications, blueprints, single-line diagrams, and relevant electrical codes (NFPA 70E, etc.).
- Implement and oversee Level 3 electrical commissioning processes.
- Effectively manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Conduct and document thorough quality inspections throughout the construction process.
- Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce all safety protocols on the job site.
- Oversee the procurement, delivery, and installation of electrical equipment and materials.
- Support CX Level 1-2 inspections and ensure all underground electrical work meets quality standards.
- Mentor and train electrical crews to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical construction management, preferably in Mission Critical or Data Center environments (Hospitals a plus).
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex electrical construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes (NFPA 70E) and relevant industry standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and single-line diagrams.
- Experience with Level 3 Electrical Commissioning.
- Solid understanding of project controls, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Must possess a valid Texas State Electrical License.
