Job Overview:
A Construction business is seeking a full-time
Receptionist/ Payroll Administrative. The primary function of the Receptionist / Payroll administrator is to maintain the telephone system, welcome visitors to the office, and perform office and payroll administrative functions.
- Immediately greet visitors in a friendly manner.
- Manage multiline telephone system and route calls as appropriate
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Receive incoming packages and prepare outgoing packages as needed
- Enter man hours and purchase orders into a computerized database
- Assist with administrative overflow when required including providing support to production supervisors and managerial staff
- Enter Man Days into a system
- Order containers for job sites
- Fillings
- Preparing Check Lists, and Certificate of Fitness for the buildings
- Assist applicants and employees with the completion of paperwork.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word, Microsoft Office is a must
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
