The Department of Geoinformation and Urban Planning is looking for a

PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS (M/F/D)
Pay grade 14 TVöD / Salary group A 14 LBesO | Full-time | Permanent

Your tasks

You coordinate the development of urban and open space projects, especially in the field of military conversion
For this purpose, you develop concepts and guidelines for the development of areas and manage the implementation of these plans by employees of the department and other departments
You work closely with various departments of the administration as well as municipal companies and private investors

Your profile

You have a completed, scientific university degree (diploma/master) with a focus on urban planning/urban development/architecture or a comparable scientific university degree related to the field of activity; ideally, you have passed the 2nd state examination in urban planning
Several years of experience
