- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EOW)
- 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM (EOW)
- Assist with daily activities of clients
- To transport clients for admission, discharge, medical appointments, etc.
- To provide orientation to new clients and check-in personal property.
- Ensuring client's safety by monitoring their whereabouts, attending shift change report meetings, and other tasks.
- Interact with clients, chart interactions, and attend staff meetings.
- Distribute medications and other duties as assigned.
- Paraprofessionals may not admit, transfer, or discharge clients but follow through with directions.
- Strong verbal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Computer skills for various tasks and must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work independently and understand relevant regulations.
- Ongoing training on cultural awareness and sensitivities.
- CPR and first aid certification, computer literacy.
