V. for child, youth and integration assistance. We are currently seeking a(n)

Administrative Assistant /
Payroll Clerk (m/f/d)

to handle the payroll and benefits for our workshop employees, starting as soon as possible. This position is full-time (38.5 hours/week) or part-time, and is initially for one year with the possibility of extension.


Main responsibilities:
Monthly billing of care fees with responsible funding agencies
Input and continuous maintenance of master data, preparation of all relevant data for monthly payroll
Preparation of monthly statements
Maintaining attendance records
Employee administration
Correspondence with health insurance companies, social security agencies and funding agencies
Preparation of statistics
General administrative tasks and related correspondence


Requirements:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of payroll accounting (ideally with the Micos system) and social security law desirable
Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a service-oriented mindset
Confidentiality and discretion
Well-organized and responsible, with a proactive approach
Good understanding of systems and organizations
Proficient in using computer programs such as Word and Excel
Understanding of the unique nature
