We are currently seeking a medical assistant (MFA) or dental assistant (ZMA) with surgical experience and a passion for their job to join our team in a friendly atmosphere in Metolius, OR.

The ideal candidate will have their own patient responsibilities and will receive a starting salary of 3000 euros gross.

After the probationary period, the salary will increase to 3500 euros gross and after full training, it will increase to 4000 euros gross.

Our practice consists of 2 doctors, 3 medical assistants, and no receptionist or administrative staff. We have our own sterilization room and operating room (Class Ib) and specialize in plastic and facial surgery.

Your responsibilities will include accompanying patients from admission to sending out doctor's letters, managing the cash book, ordering materials, and working closely with the doctor.

You will also be responsible for instrument sterilization, assisting with surgical procedures, managing materials and inventory, wound care, and assisting with larger operations in the clinic.

You will have the opportunity to learn how to independently prepare and plan patients for surgery, assist and handle instruments during surgical procedures, and provide high-quality wound care.
