⠀ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily Inventory/Cycle count reporting
  • Maintain accurate inventory control systems.
  • Practice good housekeeping in Warehouses.
  • Work safely and follow all GMP and PPE rules and regulations.
  • Operate power lift trucks, gas, electric, pullpack equipped.
Unloads trucks of incoming goods as needed.

  • Check packing slips
  • Enter all receipts into the Transition Works.
Match all paperwork and file.
This includes traveler receipts.

  • Maintain the MSO (Miscellaneous Shipping Orders) numbers that are used for shipment of returned goods, molds to outside vendors for repairs, etc.
  • Make RR# labels and tracking tags for all incoming packaging supplies.
  • Rotate into all normal Shipping/Receiving Clerk job assignments as needed throughout Warehouse department.
  • Unload, count, label, tag, dispose of partials incoming shipments.
  • Make appointments for incoming pallets and packaging supplies.
  • Prepare all skids of returns to be sent back.
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED required. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft OS required.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Standing, stooping, kneeling, twisting, bending, reaching, pulling for 6+ hours during 8-12 hour shift. Lifting required up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the day. Tasks are performed in a production or warehouse environment which includes noise and moving equipment.
