Benefits:

Up to 6 paid sick days/5 unpaid days


Schedule:

• Start: As early as May 31
• End: October 4
• Schedule: Sunday 9:30 am 6:30 pm, Monday 9:30 am 6:30 pm and either any additional 8hour shift or two 4hour shifts between 9:30 am 6:30 pm

Job Duties:

• Sell and Program key fobs.
• Collect fees and generate parking permits.
• Collect and schedule amenity rentals.
• Record deliveries for residents and receive packages up to 25lbs.
• Use professional telephone etiquette when answering calls.
• Collect and maintain resident forms.
• Provide services for all residents at the highest level.
• Serve as information liaison to the Operations Manager.
• Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
• Be knowledgeable of local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with the utmost courtesy.
• Provide administrative assistance with resident files, keeping the database uptodate and communicating with residents when necessary.
• Maintain key log for keys loaned to vendors.
• Keep all information and resident interactions confidential.
• Adhere to dress code.

Skills:

• Multitasking
• Bilingual is a plus (especially Spanish, Mandarin, and Korean)
• Be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Customer Service
