- Attention to Detail Use excellent nursing skills to observe interpret and monitor patients condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes acting as the patient advocate Interpersonal Skills Working collaboratively with an exceptional team to help meet positive client care outcomes Communication Discuss health care with patients listen to their concerns relay to the nursing team IV therapy Compliance Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local state
