The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a licensed provider responsible for assessing and managing various patient populations.We provide physical exams routine screenings preventive care diagnosis management acute chronic conditions with a strong focus on prevention long-term wellness Primary care relationships we take pride truly knowing patients deliver exceptional personalized care This role will support a patient panel approximately 1000 patients
Essential Functions
- Provides direct care counseling education designated patient population ambulatory inpatient operative procedural settings
- Performs complete histories physical examinations Orders interprets evaluates appropriate laboratory diagnostic tests Develops appropriate plans care follow-up based outcomes diagnostic laboratory physical examination findings Consistently provides high-quality timely documentation including admission progress notes procedure notes operative notes discharge summaries Performs bedside procedures as are appropriate patient population Orders medications writes prescriptions accordance organizational regulatory policies procedures
