ProKera GmbH is a medium-sized company with over 30 employees in Germany and Austria. We develop and produce materials and products for applications where "real" refractory expertise is required.

With the production of shaped and unshaped products, we specialize in lining systems for state-of-the-art biomass combustion plants, which are becoming increasingly important in the face of the climate policy challenges of our time.

We are looking for a production worker for our location in San Buenaventura, CA, to work in a two-shift operation.


Your tasks:

  • Processing of refractory concretes
  • Filling of molds with refractory concrete
  • Dismantling of molds to remove the components
  • Cleaning and assembling of molds
  • Storage of components in drying racks
  • Special tasks

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in the refractory field is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Forklift license is optional
  • Technical understanding
  • Proactive work attitude
  • Ability to think across departments
  • Teamwork skills
  • Reliability
