Responsibilities:

Providing qualified customer service for all business transactions, taking into account the specific requirements of direct insurance and reinsurance in occupational pension schemes
Providing information and advice to R+V field staff, brokers, external service providers, and other authorized individuals on all questions related to policy issuance and nonmedical risk assessment for life insurance applications, as well as existing life insurance contracts
Reviewing and processing legal and technical inquiries, as well as handling contract changes and claims processes and the necessary correspondence
Preparing certificates and confirmations, as well as requesting necessary documents
Independently managing special or sensitive customer relationships
Processing and clarifying collections in connection with new business and business transaction processing
Taking on temporary or permanent special tasks as needed and actively participating in various projects.

Profile / Requirements:

Completed commercial training, preferably as an insurance and finance clerk
Indepth knowledge of legal principles in the insurance business
Knowledge in the field of occupational pension schemes ideally, you have completed additional training as a "Specialist (m/f/d) for occupational pension schemes" or an equivalent qualification
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Customer and salesoriented thinking and weighing in the company's interest
Communication skills combined with a customer and serviceoriented work style
Independent and structured work style.
