As a Home Care Marketer at Home Family Care, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and fostering relationships within the community.
You will be a key representative of our organization, advocating for our mission and values while driving growth and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to generate leads and increase client referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources.
- Conduct outreach activities, including networking events, health fairs, and community presentations, to raise awareness of Special Touch Home Care.
- Collaborate with our community intake team to facilitate the intake process for new clients.
- Provide education and training sessions to healthcare professionals and community members on our services.
- Track marketing metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset and a passion for making a positive impact.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus.
