    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    Are you a proactive Instructional Designer who excels at efficiently creating numerous online classes? If you have a talent for developing self-paced online courses based on book content, you might be the perfect fit for our team.

    The Instructional Designer will be responsible for implementing our instructional strategy and focusing on crafting engaging instructional activities. While prior knowledge of the subject matters is not mandatory, it could be advantageous and potentially secure a long-term position.

    The selected candidate will collaborate with our Instructional Designer to draft course outlines, establish delivery deadlines, and undergo a comprehensive review process with our staff. This collaborative effort ensures that the final product aligns with or surpasses our design and quality standards.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in instructional design, specifically in online learning
    • Self-motivated individual capable of working both independently and within virtual teams, proficient in word processing and graphics software
    • Familiarity with Moodle is considered a valuable asset
