Job summary
This role will be responsible for program development for competitive recreation participants, the training of athletes and the teaching of recreational classes,The position will also involve managing team issues such as staff training, program scheduling and maintenance of all team equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a high school degree and one year of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Coaches competitive summer program with measurable goals and objectives.
- Develops an overall summer training program to prepare athletes to compete and establishes a competitive training schedule for team members. Manages team athletes, staff, and parent relationships.
- Trains all other coaches in the program(s).
