Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the enrollment process, including prospective family interaction and scheduling
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate school and camp programming
• Oversee front desk operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Manage website and social media presence, ensuring updated photos and content
• Perform administrative duties to support enrollment and school activities
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Implement office management best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in school office management or a related field
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Mastery of all MS Office programs, as well as Google suite.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment
• Prior experience in supervising staff and managing office functions

Pay:
$60, $65,000.00 per year

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)

• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

• New York, NY 10021: Relocate before starting work (required)
