This role supports the receiving and storage of all products sold by Fox Valley Farms. The purpose of this role is to prepare the warehouse for order picking that occurs nightly.Status:

General Operations
- Maintains a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures and equipment.
- Implements solutions created by management to solve operational challenges.
- Picks product and verifies with the customers.
- Ensures that all items are accurately stored in their correct location
- Checks specifications of materials loaded or unloaded against information contained in invoices
- Adheres to FIFO standards
- Ensures cold storage continuity
- Ensures facility is clean and orderly
- Adheres to state and federal occupational safety standards
- Adheres to Fox Valley Farms' food safety program standards
- Completes all tasks related to Fox Valley Farms' food safety program
- Supports the cleaning and sanitation of the Fox Valley Farms facility
- May support warehousing of specific facility zones (i.e., dry, cooler, freezer)
- Ensures peninsula (expansion dock) is maintained (e.g., cleared of clutter and crates organized)
- Provides basic training to new staff
- Answers questions and provides feedback to new staff when appropriate

Pay:
$18-$20 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
