What tasks can you expect?

  • You will work directly with the sales management on projects
  • Assistance in expanding our ticketing and helpdesk system to optimize our internal processes
  • You will support our team in customer care after successful contract conclusion
  • Supporting our customers during the initial testing phase via phone or email (questions about installation & functionality of devices or contractual matters)
  • You will actively contribute to the design of our internal customer support processes
  • Insights and involvement in various sales-related processes such as logistics, accounting, or marketing
  • Your specific tasks will be developed together with you
