• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, both in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns/exchanges
• Ordering and Receiving Parts in
• Inputting payments/credits
• Sales Calls
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all transactions
