Your Mission * Preparation and setup of equipment/machines in the THT area for our series production * Operation of testing systems and production equipment * Control and monitoring of equipment, as well as troubleshooting * Ensuring equipment availability * Performing maintenance and repair work * Checking and maintaining quality standards, as well as conducting quality controls * Optimizing and supporting the implementation of production processes Your Superpowers * Successfully completed training in an electrical/electronic profession and several years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing * Willingness to work in shifts in a 3-shift system
