We are currently seeking a (Junior) HR Officer (m/f/d) to join our two-person HR team in Moose Run, PA


Responsibilities:

  • As an administration expert, you will maintain personnel files and our time tracking system
  • Your attention to detail will ensure accurate contract creation and document review
  • As a knowledgeable point of contact, you will advise our managers on all employment and personnel administrative matters
  • You will coordinate on and offboarding processes for all our locations in Germany from our Berlin office
  • You will support the HR manager in the conception, implementation, and establishment of HR projects (e.g. introduction of new benefits, process optimization)
  • Your assistance will be needed in the payroll process for our permanent employees, student workers, and parttime employees
  • You will support our recruiter in conducting job interviews

Qualifications:

  • You are motivated to work in a startup and can stay calm under pressure
  • You have completed a degree in business or a related
