We are looking for you starting from September 1st, 2024.

What to expect:

You will have a diverse range of tasks in all areas of the kitchen: breakfast kitchen, banquet kitchen, and à la carte kitchen.

As a cook, you will be trained to be an all-rounder in all positions. Together with our team, you will delight our guests with culinary creations every day. Your responsibilities will include preparing, cooking, and plating dishes on the respective stations, as well as managing the buffet.

You will also be responsible for proper storage and inventory control of goods, purchasing supplies, and creating menus and menu suggestions.

The training also offers the opportunity to obtain additional qualifications in kitchen and service management. A high school diploma is required for this.
