    Overview

    The Firm is looking for an individual to join our Tax Department. Qualified candidates will be career-oriented individuals possessing solid technical and organization skills and have experience working with closely-held businesses. The candidate should desire to develop their skills and grow their career in the field of public accounting.


    Experience

    2-5 years of experience in public accounting


    Responsibilities

    Tax specialization - Preparing complex, multistate individual, corporate and partnership tax returns

    Engagement management - Reviewing work papers, coordinating and working with other departments, researching skills, some experience in managing client engagements

    Other required skills - Training, coordinating/leading projects, client advising and engagement management. Focus on providing superior client service.


    Education

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (150 credits)


    Designations

    CPA or working towards license


    Software experience (preferred products)

    Microsoft Excel

    Microsoft Word

    Adobe Acrobat

    Tax Preparation - CCH ProSystem

    BNA Planning

    Fixed Assets
