We have offices in Karlsruhe and Stuttgart with approximately 1,400 employees.


Are you looking to apply your theoretical HR knowledge in a practical setting and expand your skills? Then start as a working student (m/f/d) in our HR department for a minimum of 16 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.


This is what sparks your interest:

  • Applicant management (e.g. pre-selection, communication, interview invitations)
  • Organizing interviews and welcome events
  • Performing administrative tasks (e.g. creating contracts, letters, and references)
  • Taking on project work (e.g. student marketing, recruiting videos)

This is what you bring:

  • Studies in business administration with a focus on HR
  • Experience with an applicant management system is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Teamoriented mindset
  • Dedication and willingness to perform
  • Ability to structure and present various information
  • Initiative and reliability
