    Position: Case Manager
    Location: Century City, CA (Onsite)
    Pay: $72,000 to 80,000 annually
    Experience: At least 5 years of experience.
    Type: Full-time; Direct Hire or Temp to Hire
    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm
    Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Case Manager to join our dynamic law firm client.

    Job Description:
    • Collect medical records and bills, and related documents.
    • Calendar all deadlines, tasks, and events.
    • Obtain and record client data using in case management software.
    • Frequent contact with clients to ensure compliance with medical treatment.
    • Frequent contact with health care providers to ensure completeness of medical records and bills.
    • Remain current with client medical treatments.
    • Assist with demand writing and negotiation of liens.
    Requirements:
    • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Extreme attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask to meet required deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish (written and spoken), preferred.
    • Candidate will have excellent communication skills and be independent and resourceful with a positive demeanor.
